Focusing on the research and development of NOR flash memory series storage chips based on ETOX technology nodes of 5xnm and below; New Generation NOR and other advanced technology flash memory series storage chips.

Focus on developing 32-bit MCU products with ARM cores, and further develop MCU series products based on ARM cores and RISC-V cores.

AI BU

Focusing on research and development with integrated storage and computing technology as the core, we have developed an end-to-end AI inference system that balances AI performance and low-power storage and computing requirements.
