Zbit Semiconductor CX32L003 series ultra-low power consumption,cost-effective microcontroller,supports the highest frequency of 24MHz,built-in maximum 64KB embedded Flash and 4KB SRAM,integrated 12-bit 1Msps high-precision SAR ADC,RTC,comparator,multiple UART,Low-power UART,SPI,I2C and PWM and other rich analog and digital peripherals,with high integration,high anti-interference,high reliability .The product supports two low-power operating modes:sleep mode and deep sleep mode. In deep sleep mode,3us can wake up quickly. The dynamic power consumption of this product is less than 100uA/MHz,the sleep power consumption is less than 1uA,and the deep sleep mode power consumption is only 0.7uA.
